Self Discovery is a nice word, but unless you actually put some method in practice, it is just a useless phrase.

Thought is linear, one dimensional. Reason and intellect exist on one plane.
Feelings are multidimensional and exist on many planes. Thinking is for
existence in a time based, space oriented platform. Feelings are fluid and
3D in nature. Feelings encompass the richness of life on many inner planes.
Feelings go beyond time into the timeless. They are the key to wholeness and
rich self awareness.
